Our business is independently owned and operated, and is celebrating its 23rd anniversary this year.
Asset management is our core business. Our clients are assured of the following:
- A Senior Property Manager is appointed to each client/property and is in control of the property at all times
- All of our senior staff have formal property training and a minimum of 10 years experience in the industry
- We treat each client's property as if it were our own
- We track down the best tenants, contractors and services to maximise property value over time, while managing risk. We're not happy unless we get the best deal for our clients
- Our clients are kept informed on progress and matters of interest, in a timely manner
We manage a portfolio of over 80 properties that have a combined capital value of around $600M, with individual properties ranging from $2M to $65M. With the addition of the new Sunshine Coast office, we service South-East Queensland, from Bundaberg to the Gold Coast and west to Toowoomba.
