About Pace
PACE Asset Management commenced trading as a division of the Pace Property Group in 1987. The Pace Property Group is a privately owned development and investment Company, specialising in commercial, retail and industrial property.
Pace Asset Management (formerly Pace Management Services) was established to manage the portfolio of development and investment properties owned by the parent company. In 1990, Pace Director John Ferguson privatised Pace Management Services and expanded the customer base to include external clients and their portfolios.
In 1998, Shane Sax acquired a 50% interest in Pace Asset Management and subsequently took outright ownership in 2006. The Company continues its close association with the Pace Property Group, enabling it to provide a comprehensive property service to its owners and clients.
