Facilities Management

We are responsible for the management and supervision of all service contracts including cleaning, air-conditioning, repairs and maintenance, lifts, fire, security etc.

We closely monitor the performance and quality of the building services and the individual service contractors to help prolong the economic life of the existing building services whilst providing tenants with a well maintained working environment.

We review all service contracts annually by comparison to industry standard as well as identifying any new or other cost-effective alternatives which could potentially reduce outgoings.

After hours mobile phone support is provided to deal with emergency repairs and other issues. Our standard service includes:
