Financial Systems
We operate specialised commercial property management software developed and supported by RP Data. Our software is Auctioneers and Agents, and GST compliant. Our trust accounts are independently audited 3 times/year.
Owner Remittances
We provide owners with mid and end of month remittances, paid by cheque or EFT. All available funds are remitted, after allowing for payment of monthly expenses, and a remittance advice is submitted on the day of the remittance.
Reporting
We produce comprehensive, yet very easy to read financial reports to the owner on a monthly basis, within 7 days of the end of each month.
Monthly reports include:
- Detailed Income & Expenditure report
- Tenant Status and Arrears report
- Cash receipts and Payments report, with audit trail
- GST Summary report
- Tenancy Schedule
- Electricity Profit report (if applicable)
Annual reports include:
- Income and Expense Budgeting and cash flowing
- Capital Expense Budgeting
- Retail Shop Leases Act - Statutory Reports
